At Reserve The Blue, our logo is more than just a design; it embodies our core values of collaboration, unity, and accountability.

The logo features a circle with different colored hands wrapping around its outer edge, symbolizing unity and diversity. These hands represent the collective effort of individuals from all walks of life, coming together to support law enforcement and ensure justice for all communities.

Inside the circle, a star and police badge are prominently displayed, symbolizing the law enforcement community and its central role in public safety. The circle is conjoined with a rectangle that contains the text “Reserve The Blue: Empowering Our Communities”, forming the shape of a hole for a key. This symbolizes the unlocking of solutions and the empowerment of both law enforcement and the community to work together in mutual trust and respect.

Inspired by the King Arthur Round Table, our logo reflects the importance of collaboration and equal participation. Just as the Round Table brought leaders together to foster dialogue and mutual respect, Reserve The Blue strives to create a space where police officers and community members can collaborate, build bridges, and create safer, more inclusive communities for everyone.

Our Story

Reserve The Blue was founded with the vision of improving community-police relations and addressing the critical challenges facing both law enforcement and the communities they serve. Through collaboration, education, and community outreach, we aim to build bridges where there have been walls, creating a future where police officers and community members can work together to enhance public safety and mutual respect.

We understand the complexities of today’s policing and the need for a more community-driven approach. By offering programs such as YECSI, JABARI, JECI, and R-TACT, we address the issues of violence, hate crimes, and cybersecurity, while also focusing on trauma-informed practices and police-community engagement.

Our Programs

  • YECSI (Youth Empowerment and Campus Safety Initiative): A series of programs designed to empower youth, improve campus safety, and address the challenges faced by marginalized communities, including efforts for hate crime prevention and supporting youth with problematic sexual behavior.

  • JABARI Initiative: Focused on improving law enforcement engagement with community violence intervention programs through training and technical assistance, fostering strategic communications, and strengthening community dialogues.

  • JECI (Justice for Every Child Initiative): A program dedicated to enhancing the capacity of prosecutors to handle cases involving youth victimization, offering specialized training to ensure trauma-informed investigations and age-appropriate justice for children involved in the justice system.

  • R-TACT (Reserve The Blue Advanced Cyber Taskforce): Aimed at enhancing law enforcement’s ability to respond to high-tech and cyber crimes, this program provides comprehensive training and expertise to combat economic crimes, internet crimes, and white-collar crimes.
